Straitmark was founded on a straightforward premise: the people who build a project should be the people who live with it afterward. Most infrastructure owners hire contractors and manage from a distance. We closed that gap by building our own construction and fabrication capability alongside our ownership positions.
That integration changes everything — cost, schedule, and capacity are visible from inside the asset rather than through a bid. When something needs to change, we change it. When an opportunity emerges, we move on it with our own crews and our own capital.
